English Teacher Position in Liverpool

We are partnering with an exceptional secondary school in Liverpool, renowned for its commitment to academic excellence and nurturing student development. As a fully qualified English teacher, you will contribute to their vibrant team and ethos of delivering outstanding education.
The role involves delivering engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum, fostering a love for literature, language, and creative expression among students. You will monitor and assess pupil progress, tailoring support to individual needs, and maintain high standards of classroom management, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
To be considered, you must have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in Secondary Education with a specialization in English, a proven track record of delivering high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
You will also have the ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities, and a current enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one through Teaching Personnel).
