Adult's Registered Manager - Area Camden Group
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Adult's Registered Manager to join our team at Area Camden Group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' management experience in residential care services, with expertise in managing staff and delivering high-quality care to children and young people.
The salary for this position is £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary, reflecting the importance of this role in ensuring the delivery of excellent care services.
About the Role
This is a senior leadership role within our organisation, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our children's home. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring that our home meets all regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential care, with experience of managing staff and delivering training and development programs. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, young people, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of staff in delivering high-quality care services to children and young people
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Manage staff rotas and ensure that our home meets staffing ratios at all times
* Collaborate with external partners to develop and deliver training and development programs
