About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with intellectual disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold a speech and language therapy caseload and contribute to staff training and consultation
  • Provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required
  • Work collaboratively with our Clinical Team to maintain a person-centered approach and empower the individuals we support
  • Develop and implement innovative approaches to enhance the quality of life of the people in our care
Requirements
  • BSc in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Registered with the HCPC and RCSLT
  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams and with adults with intellectual disabilities and complex needs
  • Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
