Job Title: Health and Social Care Lecturer

Salary: £27,425 - £43,500 per annum

Contract: Full time, permanent

Location: Lincoln

Teaching Personnel is seeking a skilled Health and Social Care Lecturer to join our team in Lincoln. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to a diverse range of learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning to a timetable that may include evening, Saturday, and summer periods.
  • Develop and maintain teaching materials, including handouts, assignments, booklists, assessment papers, and electronic resources.
  • Prepare Schemes of Work and Schemes of Assessment to promote access to achievement.
  • Contribute to the continued development of the department, providing tutorial support for learners and carrying out associated administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of Level 3 within Health and Social Care, essential for this role.
  • Hold a Teaching Qualification, such as PGCE, Cert Ed, PTLLS, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience teaching Health and Social Care up to Level 3, whether in education or on-site with apprentices.
  • Minimum C in both Maths and English.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent at a later date.
