Job Title: Junior Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at BLUE Communications. As a key member of our Digital team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with our clients' business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital channels and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
