Responsibilities
As a volunteer support worker, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our organization in various ways, including:
Supporting Service Users
You will work closely with our service users, providing emotional support and guidance to help them achieve their goals. This may involve accompanying them to appointments, providing companionship, or simply being a listening ear.
Assisting with Administrative Tasks
You may be involved in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, or other office duties. This will help us to maintain our records and ensure that our services run smoothly.
Participating in Training and Development
We offer regular training and development opportunities to help you build your skills and confidence. This may include workshops, online courses, or one-on-one coaching sessions.
Representing Change Grow Live
You will be an ambassador for our organization, representing us in the community and promoting our services to potential clients.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must be 18 years of age or older and be willing to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level.
