About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care Liverpool. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with a range of needs, including physical and emotional support
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, household chores, and financial budgeting
  • Support clients with their daily routines, including medication management and mobility assistance
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confidence in working with clients with a range of needs and abilities
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle (desirable)
  • Enhanced DBS/PVG check and right to work in the UK
