As a Junior Sister/Junior Charge Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and working closely with our community matron to plan, allocate, and review patient care.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage patient caseload alongside the community matron, ensuring effective caseload management and allocation of visit frequency.
- Formulate and review care plans, evaluating care and making recommendations for improvement.
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellent role modeling and promoting a positive team culture.
- Work independently, showing initiative and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs.
