Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Reed Food & FMCG. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the development, management, and implementation of projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans to ensure successful execution of projects on time and within budget.
  • Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce complexity.
  • Establish a framework to deliver manufacturing excellence by improving packaging lines and efficient delivery of projects while ensuring compliance with H&S legislations.
  • Support the business in eliminating non-added value tasks to improve efficiency and reduce complexity.
  • Take ownership of change programmes to identify efficiency improvements and deliver consistently with internal controls/governance.
  • Ensure all projects with wider links or risks are identified, escalated, and managed at all times.
  • Ensure all activity complies with technical standards for the site (BRC, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45000, Organic soil association, etc).
  • Work with staff to undertake fact finding to drive change in process and packaging areas.
  • Ensure teams and individuals have sufficient knowledge of the project and understand all H&S aspects before the project is signed off and handed over to the area manager.
Requirements:
  • Previous project management experience in an FMCG environment.
  • Financial management skills.
  • Degree in Business Management (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
