About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of various projects aligned with MandM's business objectives. The successful candidate will work with a mixed waterfall/agile framework, collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, preparing and presenting progress reports, proposals, and status updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, coordinating with external vendors or contractors as needed.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and create recommendations for future projects, implementing best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve project outcomes.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Project management certifications, ideally in waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including IT and non-IT focused projects.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Smartsheet, JIRA, MS Project, or Trello.
  • Experience of working with third-party suppliers and in-house software development teams.
  • Digital project management experience is highly desirable.
