About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Morrisons. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that the store is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage the visual merchandising of the store, including the display of products and the maintenance of store displays
  • Ensure that the store is stocked and replenished with products in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs and inventory levels
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
