About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Morrisons. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and ensuring that the store is run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage the visual merchandising of the store, including the display of products and the maintenance of store displays
  • Ensure that the store is run efficiently and effectively, including managing stock levels and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Work closely with the store manager to achieve business objectives and develop strategies to improve sales and customer service
  • Recruit, train and develop sales assistants to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively
