Job Summary

To provide high-quality administrative support to the Anticoagulant Monitoring Service, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the smooth running of the Warfarin Service and Reception, including reception duty, managing staff home time, and dealing with medication enquiries.
  • Liaise with remote working clinical teams and create anticoagulation practice reports.
  • Distribute internal/external mail, file and extract records, and maintain stock control.
  • Ensure accurate management of patient data and provide support to customers via telephone, email, and remote control.
