Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of our terminals across GB and Ireland.
About the Role- Oversight of terminal operations, ensuring seamless internal and external coverage.
- Management of outbound performance, including stock management, processing, and loading.
- Compliance oversight, ensuring adherence to procedures with all service partners.
- Service level agreement management, setting and monitoring targets to achieve consistent results.
- Cost and revenue control, overseeing processing activity budgets and expenditure approvals.
- Invoice authorisation, approving haulage-related invoices with accuracy and diligence.
- Maintenance and enforcement of operational standards within outbound operations.
- Stock management supervision, ensuring terminal stock-taking programs and accuracy.
We are looking for an individual with thorough knowledge of operations management, preferably relevant to our industry. A background in operating ERP systems is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills, determination to define change, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances are also key requirements.
