Job Overview

ThisThat is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Insight Director to lead our Insights team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic excellence in Influencer Marketing and ensuring we deliver maximum value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Coach team members to test client hypotheses and uncover the "why" of their marketing efforts.
  • Lead a team of Insight Managers to deliver high-quality and impactful work.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in an insight or research role, preferably in a social, marketing, or media environment.
  • 4+ years of experience managing and growing junior team members.
  • Exceptional track record of client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
