Deputy Head Position
A prominent education recruitment agency, Teaching Personnel, is recruiting for a dynamic and ambitious Deputy Head to join their team at a reputable secondary school in Little Hulton, Manchester. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader to take on new challenges and responsibilities, driving improvement and excellence across the school.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategies to enhance provision for students with SEND, as well as contributing to the school's overall CPD model. They will work closely with teachers, teaching assistants, and other support staff to ensure that students receive the highest quality education and support. In addition, they will provide coaching to staff to address specific development needs and help to create an ethos of excellence and endeavour that promotes and secures outstanding achievement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance provision for students with SEND.
  • Contribute to the school's overall CPD model.

Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Evidence of Continuous Professional Development.
  • Middle or Senior Management qualification.
  • Sustained delivery of outstanding achievement.
  • Track record of delivering 'outstanding' outcomes for pupils.
  • Innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse and progress learners.
  • Ability to teach to GCSE standard.
  • Ability to coach and motivate professionals, individually and within groups, to achieve individual and collective targets.

Salary and Benefits

£62,202.00 - £72,162.00 per annum.
