Education Leadership Specialist

Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced Education Leadership Specialist to join their team at a large secondary school in Little Hulton, Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding achievement and leading the development of strategies to enhance provision for students with special educational needs.
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the curriculum and its assessment, as well as providing coaching to staff to address specific development needs. They will also play a key role in ensuring that standards in literacy and numeracy are prioritised for all students, including those with SEND. Additionally, they will support the development and management of the overall CPD model of the school.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the curriculum and its assessment.
- Provide coaching to staff to address specific development needs.
- Ensure that standards in literacy and numeracy are prioritised for all students, including those with SEND.
- Develop and lead the implementation of strategies to enhance provision for students with SEND.
- Support the development and management of the overall CPD model of the school.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status.
- Evidence of Continuous Professional Development.
- Middle or Senior Management qualification.
- Sustained delivery of outstanding achievement.
- Track record of delivering 'outstanding' outcomes for pupils.
- Innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse and progress learners.
- Ability to teach to GCSE standard.
- Ability to coach and motivate professionals, individually and within groups, to achieve individual and collective targets.
Salary and Benefits
£62,202.00 - £72,162.00 per annum.
