Inpatient Mental Health Support Worker

As an Inpatient Mental Health Support Worker at Cygnet Hospital Beckton, you will play a vital role in supporting women in secure mental health services. About the Role:
- Work as part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team to support implementation of treatment plans.
- Provide support to qualified nurses and maintain physical and mental wellbeing through individual or group work.
- Undertake training in de-escalation and PMVA techniques to manage potentially violent or aggressive behaviors.

- A competitive salary of £55 per hour, rising to £13.80 after probation.

Requirements:
- Previous inpatient mental health experience in a challenging setting.
