Dynamic Education Specialist

Are you a dedicated and adaptable teaching professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team as a Dynamic Education Specialist in London.
About the Role:
- Teach a range of subjects including KS3 Maths, English, Humanities, and ICT to students with medical needs.
- Collaborate with support staff to develop strategies for academic progress and emotional well-being.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure individual needs are met.
- Maintain open communication with parents and the school team to promote a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with secondary education experience.
- Ability to teach KS3 Maths, English, Humanities, and ICT, adapting to individual student needs.
- Experience or interest in working with students who require additional support, particularly those with medical needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to teaching.
- A competitive salary is offered for this role: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
This role requires a strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection, and successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks.
