Your RoleOur commercial Finance team in Ashby de la Zouch is seeking a dynamic and data-driven Finance Business Analyst to support operations in Redditch. In this role, you'll assist with weekly accounts, financial KPIs, and the development of financial cost models against client portfolios. This is a Monday to Friday role with a hybrid working model.
- Develop a working knowledge of volume and cost information sources, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in financial data collection and reporting processes.
- Approve weekly management accounts, ensuring checks are conducted and results are agreed with the Finance Business Partner.
- Support the production of client financial review reports and presentations on a monthly basis.
- Ensure the continuous development of the portfolio's finance model.
- Provide insightful and accurate information to users of the Finance Performance Reports.
- Produce weekly CEVA financial KPIs in line with the business control manual and assist in analyzing and explaining variations in KPI, budget, and forecast performance.
We're looking for a candidate with proven management accounts and financial reporting experience, ideally in a customer-facing role. You'll be highly numerate, able to analyze and interpret complex financial data, and identify trends to positively influence decisions. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you'll need to explain complex issues and information to financial and non-financial colleagues. IT literacy and proficiency in accounting and reporting software, as well as MS Excel, are also required. CIMA or ACCA qualification is desirable but not essential.
