Business Analyst - Finance Change Team

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Finance Change team at Arthur, a leading insurer. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in documenting current Finance & Treasury processes, understanding and detailing the impact of system enhancements and changes on the broader Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement end-to-end Finance process solutions that enhance standardization, efficiency, and compliance with regulations and accounting standards.
  2. Lead process walkthroughs to ensure clear business understanding and facilitate adoption of solutions.
  3. Collaborate with project managers to identify risks and create mitigation strategies.
  4. Support the development and automation of technical solutions for finance processes.
  5. Facilitate the implementation of end-to-end processes, analyzing change impact and tracking readiness throughout.
  6. Contribute to the development and review of testing and training materials.
Requirements:
  1. 3-7 years of business analyst experience, with expertise in accounting and finance best practices.
  2. Previous involvement in finance transformation projects.
  3. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Location and Working Arrangements:
  1. Location: London (City)
  2. Hybrid: 3 days per week in-office.
