Job Title: Paint Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Paint Inspector to join our team at Rotork. As a Paint Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our painted products and ensuring compliance with our manufacturing instructions and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of our painted products to ensure they meet our quality standards
  • Validate our paint processes to ensure they are in compliance with our manufacturing instructions and customer specifications
  • Perform extensive plant coating surveys to identify areas for improvement
  • Recommend corrective actions to engineering for evaluation
  • Assess conditions of internal and external coatings on various Actuators and Gear boxes
  • Monitor the application of industrial coatings to ensure they meet our quality standards
  • Ensure the equipment is function tested and in optimum operating condition for the project
  • Mentor blaster and coaters on procedures, equipment and specifications
Requirements:
  • NACE Level 1 or equivalent
  • I.O.S.H. Qualification in Risk assessing (desirable)
