Children's Residential Home Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a passion for children's care to join our dedicated team as a Registered Manager for a Children's Residential home in Ipswich.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people and contribute to the well-being and development of children in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in the sector, a therapeutic approach, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the children's residential home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, leading and managing the staff team, and developing and implementing therapeutic care plans.
The package for the Registered Manager, Children's Residential includes an annual salary of £50,000 - £55,000, a bonus for good and outstanding Ofsted ratings, regular training and reflection sessions, and professional development opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 qualification, 2 years of experience working in a residential setting, 1 year of management experience, and knowledge of Ofsted regulations.
