Executive Children's Residential Home Manager

Our client, a respected care provider, is seeking an experienced Children's Residential Home Manager to lead their Ipswich-based children's residential home. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 qualification and a strong background in the sector.
- Oversee the daily operations of the children's residential home and ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations.
- Lead and manage the staff team, developing and implementing therapeutic care plans.
- Conduct regular staff training and reflection sessions, setting up policies and procedures.
- Implement plans for all children, providing a safe and nurturing environment.
Package and Benefits:
