The Lettings Area Manager position offers a competitive basic salary and substantial OTE: £60-70,000
As a Lettings Area Manager, you will lead and oversee the management of all lettings branches and colleagues within your region. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed performance and financial targets set, while driving engagement and collaboration amongst your teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coaching, developing, and effectively managing all employees to ensure optimal performance across the board
- Ensuring employee engagement is maximised through action planning, proactive recruitment, minimising attrition, and driving retention of your teams
- Managing, monitoring, and reporting on the region's performance against agreed key financial business indicators on the region's P&L and against set performance metrics to ensure delivery of income targets
- Taking appropriate action with branches trading at a loss or below budget
- Growing market share significantly by adopting proactive working processes and identifying business growth opportunities
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrable experience of building and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced and demanding environments
- Proven ability to influence, shape, and lead significant change
- Inspirational leadership ability, with approachability and humility
- High levels of P&L accountability and commercial exposure
