Job Overview:

The Asset Planned Maintenance Supervisor role at Thomas Search is a high-profile position that requires strong leadership and technical expertise to manage the company's asset portfolio effectively. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing commercial or government asset portfolios, including infrastructure, and will be able to develop and implement programs of work for maintenance, lifecycle, and change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate, update, and maintain an accurate lifecycle database in line with established procedures and processes.
  • Provide strategic direction to Central Strategic Teams for asset renewal and replacement of building elements and systems.
  • Ensure safe working practices are adopted during the maintenance and repair of the estate.

Requirements:

  • An industry-recognised professional qualification in engineering, building services, or facilities management.
  • Proven track record in the management of asset databases and CAFM Systems, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as influencing skills and the ability to be commercially aware.
