Project Manager Asset Planning Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Asset Planning team at Thomas Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of commercial build projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, specify, and tender projects with all necessary surveys
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to coordinate access and programming of works
  • Ensure projects are specified, tendered, and executed in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Provide project handover files to the Project Delivery Team
  • Plan projects to minimize disruption to services and customers

Requirements:

  • Recognized Project Management qualification
  • Industry-recognized qualification in engineering, building services, or facilities management
  • Current and extensive knowledge of Building Regulations, CDM, and Tender Management
