The Role:

To provide operational leadership and guidance to Central Strategic Teams in the implementation, delivery, and effectiveness of the Annual Maintenance Plan, reporting to the Lifecycle Programme Manager.

Ensure the adoption and compliance with QSHE policies and procedures, promoting a safe working environment.

Manage the safe systems of work for all estate-related activities, ensuring the adoption of safe working practices during maintenance and repair.

Collate, update, and maintain an accurate lifecycle database in line with procedures and processes.

Lead the Strategic Teams for asset renewal and replacement of building elements and systems, providing leadership and influencing skills.

What We're Looking For:
  1. Qualifications: An industry-recognised professional qualification in engineering, building services, or facilities management.
  2. Experience: Extensive experience in managing commercial or government asset portfolios, including infrastructure, and planning programmes of work for maintenance, lifecycle, and change.
  3. Skills: Proven track record in managing asset databases and CAFM Systems, good leadership and interpersonal skills, and commercial awareness.
