Key Responsibilities:
  • Network and Security Deployment: Deploy, administer, and maintain network and security platforms (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and more).
  • Network Traffic Monitoring: Monitor network traffic and optimize performance for enhanced efficiency and security.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate security measures into new systems and applications.
  • BAU Support: Provide BAU support for network and security incidents, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Cisco network support experience
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP Suite and Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Experience with L2/L3 networks, firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, and access control
  • Strong BAU network support with technical documentation skills
  • UK driving license
