Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a key member of our nursery family, you will play a vital role in creating enriching experiences for our children, promoting their learning and development, and fostering a sense of belonging and community within the nursery.
The Role:
- Provide high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Plan and implement a diverse range of engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a sense of belonging and community within the nursery.
- Observe and assess children's progress, tailoring activities to meet their individual needs and interests.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
