Finance Systems Accountant

A leading multinational company based in High Wycombe is seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Accountant to join their team. This exciting role offers excellent career progression and a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the day-to-day operation and maintenance of finance systems align with the Finance Support Service Design.
- Collaborate with the BI analytics team to define new processes and evolve finance ways of working, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Partner with the IT and Configuration teams to resolve technical issues, optimize system performance, and functionality.
- Support the implementation of new systems within Finance or upgrades to existing systems.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, customizations, processes, and training materials for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with future Microsoft releases to identify new features for continuous improvement and carry out solution validation activities for any new patches or upgrades.
- Lead on financial systems reporting support, including creating, maintaining, and enhancing reports in System D365, as well as supporting on any reconciliation/validation of published PowerBI workbooks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with experience across all finance modules, including Fixed Assets, Projects & Leases.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform for extending and integrating with D365 F&O.
- Familiarity with related technologies such as SQL Server, Azure, and Microsoft Office 365 is desirable.
- Possess a strong aptitude for accounting principles, finance processes, data management, and relevant exposure to data migration, system integration, financial or performance reporting, and testing.
