Commercial and CX Graduate Program Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Commercial and CX Graduate Program. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals and gain valuable experience in the commodity markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in understanding how to navigate and extract useful data from the S&P Global Commodity Insights product range.
- Liaise with the content, commercial, and technical teams to address any client queries and ensure our data is maintained to the highest standards.
- Proactively reach out to clients for face-to-face/WebEx training.
- Build account overviews and plans to support strategic sales teams.
- Design data-driven models and templates for clients.
- Create marketing materials for commercial culture initiatives and future graduate cohorts.
- Get involved in special project initiatives where determined necessary by management.
Requirements:
- Fluent command of English and additional European language (Portuguese, French, German, or Italian).
- Strong communication skills, including good verbal skills, listening techniques, and a clear, concise writing style.
- Significant comfort level with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
