We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Care Specialist to join our part-time team in Manchester, England. As a specialist, you will be working with clients who require comprehensive mental health support, utilizing your expertise to provide personalized care and guidance.

About the Role:

  • Deliver counseling services to clients with varying mental health needs, using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to develop tailored treatment plans, addressing their unique concerns and goals.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor progress, make adjustments to treatment plans as needed, and ensure effective communication throughout the therapeutic process.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • A post-graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work).
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-licensed experience in mental health therapy.

  • Experience working with diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, couples, and families.
  • Training and certification in evidence-based modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
