About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our North Manchester Specialist Community Mental Health Teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality mental health services.

About the Role

As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will have the autonomy to lead assessment, formulation, and prescribing of care plans, as well as supporting the clinical and operational team to deliver on service improvements. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing advanced-level care to service users
  2. Leading assessment, formulation, and prescribing of care plans
  3. Supporting the clinical and operational team to deliver on service improvements

Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to work autonomously, and excellent communication skills. You will also have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

  • Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £58,000 per annum
