We are seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at FI Real Estate Management Ltd. As a key member of our Facilities Management department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across our industrial, retail, office, and residential properties.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our health and safety function, working closely with our senior management team to develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures. You will have oversight of our statutory and regulatory obligations under various Acts, including Building Safety, Fire Safety, and Health & Safety legislation.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strategic leadership and management experience in health and safety compliance within a commercial or residential property setting
  • Robust practical experience of managing complex high-end buildings across multiple sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to clients and colleagues
  • A deep understanding of relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, including the Building Safety Act 2024 and Health & Safety at Work Act 1974

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
