About the Role

You will work closely with local Account leads and teams, providing guidance, expertise, and support in the implementation of robust HSE management practices.

Responsibilities
  1. Create and implement local HSE strategies aligned with the overall departmental and group objectives.
  2. Attend and actively contribute to senior management meetings, providing insights and updates on HSE matters.
  3. Manage and support a team of HSE professionals, fostering a positive safety culture.
  4. Set the level of local inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  5. Provide HSE input and support in account bids and tenders.
  6. Deliver comprehensive HSE inductions and develop ongoing training programs.
  7. Oversee the training and development of the E20 system.
