**Job Title:** Chemistry Development Specialist
RBW Consulting is partnering with a leading CRO to expand its operations in South Wales. As a key member of the analytical team, you will play a vital role in supporting organic and synthetic chemists. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to focus on development work and take on new challenges.
This position involves working closely with a growing team to develop chemical testing methods. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients early in your tenure and take on more responsibilities over time. Strong communication skills and a problem-solving approach are essential for success in this role.
Given the company's growth plans, there is a clear path for advancement from day one. This position offers a competitive salary, depending on experience, ranging from £65,000 to £85,000 per annum. Key qualifications include a PhD or MSc degree in chemistry and experience with method development in the pharmaceutical industry.
