Job Overview: Enfields seeks a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our Integrated Learning Disability Service on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, manage caseloads, and coordinate services to ensure the needs of service users are met.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have a recognised Social Work Qualification and understanding of relevant legislation, with a commitment to continual professional development.
  • Registration with Social Work England is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults with learning disabilities to identify their needs, strengths, and preferences.
  2. Develop, implement, and review individualised care and support plans in collaboration with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  3. Manage a caseload of adults with learning disabilities, ensuring regular reviews and adjustments to care plans as necessary.
  4. Coordinate and monitor the delivery of services to ensure they meet the needs of service users and comply with relevant legislation and policies.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
