Security Access Manager

We are seeking SIA licensed staff to oversee entrance access and validate identification at various venues in Oxfordshire.
Key responsibilities include verifying customer age and identification, managing disturbances, and collaborating with venue management and local authorities.
About the Role:
As a Security Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patrons and staff at our venues. This involves validating identification, managing access control systems, and resolving any conflicts that may arise.

Requirements:
You must hold a valid SIA license and have experience working in a similar role. You should also be able to work effectively under pressure and have excellent communication skills.
What We Offer:
