About the Role:
Diligenta is seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Bristol. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers over the phone, ensuring a seamless experience during moments that matter.
- Assist customers with queries about their policies, providing clear and concise information.
- Support customers with updating their personal information and accessing their investments.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
What You'll Need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide empathetic support to customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
