- Develop and implement effective asbestos management plans to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions for asbestos-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, regulations, and best practices in asbestos management.
- Proven experience in asbestos surveying and inspection, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide expert advice.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and travel.
- Strong knowledge of asbestos-related legislation, including HSG 248 and HSG 264.
