The Digital Marketing Team at Kurt Geiger is responsible for driving incremental and profitable growth through customer acquisition and lifetime value. We leverage the latest technology and carefully curated external partnerships to provide measurable success across three DTC brands in domestic and international markets.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing professional to join our rapidly growing E-Commerce Team supporting our Domestic Kurt Geiger sites, Kurt Geiger, Carvela & Shoeaholics. This role will involve working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver campaigns and analysis of paid digital marketing for our DTC Sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Online media planning and delivery across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display & Affiliate marketing channels
  • Liaising with external suppliers, including website creative agencies, integrated marketing agencies, online advertising agencies, media agencies, and online publications
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Conducting in-depth customer data analysis and customer profiling
  • Implementing customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Implementing effective data capture activities
  • Designing and implementing customer loyalty/reward mechanics
  • Utilizing customer data to conduct targeted multi-channel campaigns
  • Using Google Analytics and platform data to report on performance of Digital Marketing activity
Requirements:
  • Data-centric with a strength and preference towards data analysis
  • Experience in a Digital/E-Commerce Marketing role within Brand or Agency
  • Experience using Google Analytics, and Social Business Platforms preferable
  • Managing and adhering to strict budgets and deadlines

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including pension and life assurance, enviable discounts, gym discounts, summer hours, half-day pay day Friday, RetailTrust support, GP Access, sample sales, and much more.
