We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team in London, East Sheen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our shifts and providing exceptional customer service.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job DescriptionThe role of Shift Manager is critical to supporting our franchisee and senior management team in delivering our business objectives. You will be responsible for leading and coaching our team members to provide total customer satisfaction and a great product at all times.
You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that every shift is run efficiently and effectively, adhering to our company policies and procedures.
