About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to spearhead our Everlast Gym team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Represent our brand as an ambassador for fitness, embodying our values and mission.
  2. Drive revenue growth across all channels, including membership sales and product sales.
  3. Effectively manage controllable costs to eliminate wastage and optimize profitability.
  4. Lead by example on reception and the gym floor, ensuring exceptional member experiences.
  5. E nsure seamless execution of central processes, such as FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE.
  6. Promote collective buy-in to national focuses and incentives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate.
  7. Recruit, train, and onboard new team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  8. Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.

Requirements:
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
  • Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a management role within the fitness industry.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different team members.
  • A positive, solutions-driven mindset in the face of adversity.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a champion mentality towards our members.
  • Driven and ambitious, with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviours and competencies specific to the role.
  • Flexibility in working hours and location to support the needs of the business.
Package:

£50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. A competitive salary that reflects your value to our team.
