Senior Commercial Manager

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive package that reflects the importance of the role in driving commercial success at Advance TRS.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all costs related to infrastructure projects, identifying commercial risks and opportunities to maximize value.
- Provide support to senior members of the team in delivering varied commercial duties, including responsibility for procuring and managing supply chains.
- Optimize commercial performance through diligent cost control and value-for-money opportunities, while achieving required standards and quality for our customers.
- Assist with commercial relationships to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support and adhere to the Gated Business Lifecycle process.
- Utilize the company's ERP System and BMS systems effectively.
- Maintain a Personal Development Plan to enhance professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in infrastructure projects, with resilience and determination to succeed.
- Organizational, innovative, and creative skills as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Previous experience in managing costs and maximizing value.
- Experience in financial and commercial control within a project.
- Ability to procure and manage supply chains effectively.
- Experience working as part of commercial teams.
- Membership of or working towards RICS.
- A proven track record of working to deadlines, efficiently, and to a high standard.
