Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Test Rig Support Specialist to join our team at Mego Employment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production test rigs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fault Diagnosis & Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to maintain optimal test rig performance.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform regular checks and maintain oil cleanliness and filter systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Calibration & Documentation: Organize and execute calibration of test rig instrumentation, maintain detailed records on our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Process Improvement: Support our Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) schedule, monitor oil consumption, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Requirements:

  • Electrical Knowledge: Experience with instrumentation systems and electrical knowledge.
  • Relevant Certifications: Relevant certifications such as BFPA Hydraulics courses and IOSH Managing Safely.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of CAD, SAP, and experience with TPM processes.
