Female Companion Care Professional

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide personal care and companionship to adults in need. As a female companion care professional, you will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional care and support.

The successful candidate will be required to work on a fixed-term basis for 6 months, with potential extension or permanent placement. Additional bank hours will also be available to cover absences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to adults with spinal injuries.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to promote continuity of care.
  • Attend regular clinical supervision/review meetings.

Requirements:

  • Female due to supporting with personal care.
  • Able to work with specialist equipment (training will be provided).
  • Experience working with adults with trauma and an interest in therapy is essential.
  • Good organisational skills with adherence to standards and quality requirements.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, sometimes at short notice.
  • A full driving licence (endorsements must be disclosed).

We offer a competitive salary of £15.50 per hour weekdays and £16.50 per hour weekends.
