Job Title: Route Coordinator

Red Personnel is looking for an experienced Route Coordinator to manage daily delivery operations.

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per year.

Job Overview:

  • Welcome to your first point of contact each morning at our local delivery office.
  • You will be tasked with collecting mail/parcels for distribution and utilizing a handheld device to obtain customer signatures.
  • This role requires physical stamina as you'll perform a mix of driving and on-foot delivery duties.
  • On occasion, you may need to use a trolley to transport goods.

Essential Skills:

  • Holding a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points is essential for this position.
  • While prior experience in delivery or driving is beneficial, it's not a necessity.
  • You must possess excellent time management skills and organisational capabilities.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively are also crucial aspects of this role.
  • A commitment to safe and responsible driving practices is vital.
  • You should be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
