About the Role

Montu UK is a leading cannabis company with operations in Europe and Asia-Pacific. We facilitate access to cannabis through locally integrated ecosystems that streamline the patient experience from end-to-end and set new standards in Cannabis Care.

Our Mission: Improve the lives of millions of people through cannabis therapies.

Medical cannabis has already been legalised in more than 50 countries across the world over recent years, unlocking a huge potential for medical, wellness, and ultimately recreational markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and retention of talent
  • Support managers and Recruitment team in the onboarding, inductions, management and offboarding processes
  • Develop HR strategies to attract and retain staff across a range of roles from clinical, technical, operational and more
  • Develop and maintain organisational policies and procedures
  • Support with training administration processes of all staff
  • Ensure that HR systems, training and other related databases are kept fully up to date with staff records, investigations and outcomes, grievances and training data
  • Provide administration support with regards to meetings, reports, correspondence including note taking
  • Supporting Managers with HR aspects e.g. absence review meetings, disciplinary meetings, absence management
  • Support staff working in the service with HR related queries
  • Payroll and expense management
  • Shift based and flexible working may be required from time to time

Requirements:

  • 4+ years work experience
  • CIPD Level 3 or above
  • Proven track record of managing HR and recruitment in growing scale-ups
  • NVQ Level 4 or CIPD level 3 HR/training/administration experience
  • Experience of working with Gsuite and private practice software
  • Experience of working with Hibob or similar HR systems
  • Good understanding of working in a highly regulated industry and following policies and SOPs
