TERM - Permanent

SALARY - £35,000- £45,000 per annum dependant on experience

Premier Group Recruitment is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our client's team on a permanent basis.

The Quality Assurance Specialist will ideally have the following attributes:

  • Degree, HND Qualification in Quality, Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical subject
  • Have industry experience working within a similar quality assurance role within another manufacturing environment
  • Experience of working in an ISO9001 or ISO14001 or IAT16949 environment
  • Good knowledge of quality assurance methods and tools such as 8D, Six Sigma etc.
  • Experience working with customers & suppliers

The Quality Assurance Specialist role will involve:

  • Working full time onsite as part of the engineering team
  • Ensuring all products and services meet ISO90001 standards
  • Conducting quality audits
  • Implementing any process improvements that are identified
  • Working as part of a cross-functional team
  • Supporting overall continuous improvement activities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
  • Conduct regular quality audits and assessments
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on quality assurance procedures

Requirements:
